Realistically, all you need is fingers for 1-8, and the thumb just sits on the spacebar. If you can use a controller just fine, you can just use the Spacebar to click instead. You can do this by simply looking up the Ease of Access center on your computer, go to Keyboard, and set up Mouse Keys.
