It's very frustrating not being able to get rid of this piece of shit and it's even more frustrating not being able to understand what I can do or what other options I have. I downloaded iObit unistaller and it seemed succesful but the icon in the desktop still appears and in my program files, the Symantec folder is still there and I can't erase it. It says it's non-compatible and I can't even open the program's control panel and as the title says, I can't uninstall it! Since I updated to Windows 10, my old antivirus Symantec Endpoint Protection is no longer working.
